Bowel movement question

Haven't had one in four days, but I don't feel like I need to either. I had surgery on Tuesday, is that normal when you are only getting fluids in?

Yes, constipation is very common, especially right after surgery. My nutritionist suggested using Miralax until it resolved. Now I use gummy Fiber supplements every day. SInce you are just out of your surgery, I would check with your doc. to see what is recommended.

May want to let your Doctor know. The program I went through advised taking a stool softner if you had not gone in 72hrs. If that did not work he wanted to know.

I did not go for the first 72hrs.

My doctor said if I hadn't gone 4 days after surgery, to take Miralax. I now add benefiber to whatever I'm drinking.
