Day 9, Down 18 pounds

I had all my pre-surgery testing done yesterday. In just over a week, I somehow lost 18 pounds. Crazy, but lets face it eating 500 calories a day of Soup and shakes is quite different from what my body was normally used to.

The first 4-5 days was pretty bad. Honestly, I was dreaming of Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, Nathans, etc...

Day 9, feeling pretty good. Tomorrow I have my final sign off with my main doctor and surgery next Wednesday.
