Just wanted to toot my own horn. I know those female bandsters and soon to be bandsters know how bras make it even worse. For the last 2 months I haven't had those back rolls. It feels so good.

Haha!! Edie...that's so funny & GREAT!

I HATE my back fat...

Recently, my sister asked me "At what stage will you feel like you're on the right road?"

My reply was "When my back isn't hitting off my arse anymore!"

God I can't wait.. my poor boobs are being neglected in the support department coz I can't stand my Bra's & take them off anytime I don't have to walk! Flap flap:o

Your post made me very excited about what's to come...:heh:

Oh the joys..xx Well done :clap2:

I can't wait until the fat on the inside of my legs is gone. Perhaps this summer I won't be waking in shorts and have to keep pulling the "legs" down cause they ride up into my crotch area. I won't have chub-rub-rash anymore!

I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Yes the dreadful rash will go away too. I remember camping in summer of '05 and it was so horribly hot and I was miserable with my legs rubbing and sweating in the heat. I tried everything--baby powder, bandaids...nothing helped! I finallly noticed my legs weren't rubbing anymore when I got down to 200 and below. Such a relief!!! It took awhile but the weight does come off there too....

I sure appreciate all the posts to my thread. My sister bandsters are feelin me.

I forgot my legs don't rub anymore and I don't have to pull the legs of my shorts down anymore.

Lets go over this again.

1. My back is not rolling.

2. My legs are not rubbing.

How long will it take for my 40D boobs to start rising?

Your band sister,

edie with the 40 longs.

Does that mean people won't be able to use that large area just above my butt as a tray for their coffee and Snacks after my weight is gone?

oh, i gotta chime in here...

the thighs rubbing together is my biggest pet peeve righ tnow. I wear out EVERY pair of work out clothes i purchase. the only thing that works for me now is wearing leggings with shorts on over them. it s a pain in the arse but it keeps the friction down to a low roar.

HEY..if you suffer from this too, i found something to get us through until this doesnt happen anymore and i want to share it.

I found this place downtown galveston and they say its a chain. its called Bath Junkie and you can choose your own scent and they mix the products right there in front of you. They make this stuff called liquid powder, and its made from tapioca. it goes on as a lotion and dries to a powder! INSTANTLY stops chaiffing and helps aborb sweat!

I love the stuff. im totally hooked.

(sentwise i totally dig sweetclover, waterlilly and lemon verbena)

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
