Hi I am in day 4 of my pre op diet. I am scheduled feb 10th for my gastric sleeve. I am wondering if there are some filling recipes anyone has found for the pre op. I'm starving!

Heather, I am in Dallas. Dr. Jayseelan is doing my surgery at Medical City. I am on only clear liquids for 7 days. I am on day 2 and have surgery on friday, Feb 7th. Popsicles, jello, protein shakes, gatorade, etc. are it. I got a pedicure today and some girl was eating Taco Bell and I wanted to yell at her. 5 more days! Who is your dr and where is your surgery?

I'm in horrible pain! In my stomach And my back . So much so that they gave me 2 doses of morphine and deladid and hydro. How did yes go!?

Not everyone gets the back pain but I did. Mine much better than it was but it still hurts. But tolerable

Well I didn't really lose any weight this week. I'm barely eating anything so idk what the problem is. Pretty disappointed in a 1-2 lb weight loss.

I'm only allowed 5 ensure shakes a day and the rest is zero calories drinks. Nothing else

I am so glad I came across this website, everyone is so encouraging and full of knowledge. I am starting a pre-pre op diet. My surgeon says I have to lose 37 pounds before his office will submit my information. I have been doing this since November 2013 and it makes me real anxious to have to lose the weight.

I broke the 30 lb mark yesterday. My weight loss has slowed down but still losing.

how long are you all waiting after surgery before you are trying the eggs?

I'm only 17 down since surgery but 30 down since the start of my preop diet.

Also I tried eggs last week and threw them up.

Heather are you going to be taking month by month body shots? (Not the fun body shots I mean pics) I'd love to see your progress!
