First Post-op Dr visit

I had my first post-op appointment today. I was 2 weeks post op yesterday. The Doc said I am healing well and looking good. I have been given clearance to exercise, but no abdominal work, and to move on to mushy food.

I made my first trip to the grocery store since Dec. 24th!! I bought canned tuna, eggs, crackers, cottage cheese, peaches, ground turkey and potatoes. I had tuna on mini saltine crackers a couple of hours ago, and I feel great!! It is so nice to be eating actual food again!!

I go back in 6 weeks, at which point we will decide if I need a fill.
