I usually eat a sugar free pudding or drink a sugar free hot chocolate....best to you!

Hot chocolate with a dab of sugar free cool whip. Love it. The hot drink really makes you satisfied and full.

sugar free hot chocolate that is..........

Me I try to eat fruit! I do have gluten free low calorie Cookies but they taste like it too...lol

I find that the hot chocolate protein drinks really satisfy a sweet tooth.

Fruit or a Quest bar if it's eating time.

Piece of chocolate, granola, it depends on what I'm craving! I have a very different approach to eating than most on this sight. I do not avoid anything. I eat all things in moderation, as long as they are organic/gmo free (for the most part. If I eat out I don't ask about ingredients as much, but I only eat out at nice, typically local organic restaurants)

I will have sf hot chocolate with cool whip, sf jello with cool whip or my favorite a protein bar.

I have a cup of tea with milk and a teaspoon of sugar, or I have a cup of half caff coffee with some naughty creamer in it. Today I had creamer flavored like girl scout cookies in my coffee. YUM
