I am on Tuesday. I have mixed emotions. I'm not really worried about pain, just hoping I can get through the first few months relatively unscathed.

Next Thursday here! I'm getting more and more anxious by the day just wondering what my life is going to be like.

On Monday for me! Scared, anxious, excited....the list could go on!

I am next Thursday. No fear, not scared, no anxiety. I feel excitement! I have been on liquids since last Friday. I'm keeping busy making sure I have everything ready for Christmas.

I'm next Tuesday, it's been an emotional roller coster all week. I excited, scared, terrified, fearful; you name it I've dealt with that emotion all week. The closed I get to date the more I'm dreaming out. I told my mom tonight, what in the whole did I sign myself up for! I mean, I know why I decided on the surgery just scared of going into the OR for some reason and I l've had about 4 or 5 surgeries a so I should be a pro. Lol

I feel you! I know we will pull through and be just fine. Tuesday will mark the beginning of the rest of our lives. New Body! New Mind! New Journey!

It's going to be fine, really. I was sleeved three weeks ago and I was as nervous as a whore in church! I couldn't sleep for days. Once you are knocked out, you'll wake in recovery. You will not be in pain, you'll be full of pain meds. When I got to my room, they gave me pain meds ever 4hours through my IV. I was sent home with pain meds and took them for only two days. I had phenegran for nausea. I'm not going to lie, you may be uncomfortable the first week. Each day gets better and better! It will all be worth it. You just need to remember to walk, walk, walk and sip, sip, sip! Hang in there!

Thanks Journey
