Some doctors want you to stay on liquids 24 hours after a fill. Then you can eat mushies and soft foods. Now train yoru brain to eat properly, the Fills will NOT do this. I have 6.5cc in a 14cc Allergan Omiform band. And if I eat the wrong foods for 2-3 days I will see a weight gain.

I go today -- excited, not too nervous but wanting so much for it to be "right." Have been doing really well and just lately a return of hunger.
