  4. Well it was the most painful thing ever. I felt like I was suffocating. Omg worse thing ever. .....
  5. My husband has been supportive but when I had my first"stuck" episode he was like makes no sense just east slower or something stupid like that. He doesn't realize that this takes time to adjust to. I have been eating this way for 39 years and now I have to change my whole way of eating. Just frustrating some times. Glad you have an Awesome supporter. Mine is great too but sometimes ugh lol

  10. Omg had my first real bad stuck episode. Worse thing ever,I felt like I was suffocating. Scariest thing,my mom and kids were freaking out.
  11. You should ask your doctor to see if you have a hital hernia. I did and he fixed it during surgery.
  12. I have uhc as well they weren't gonna cOver it but because I had a heital hernia they covered half which for me was better than nothing. Good luck
  13. On December 3rd is my first fill. How will I know if I'm restricted if I need more or if I'm too tight? I read that some feel tight, what does that mean? What should I expect to feel after my fill? Any help would be appreciated?
  14. I was told nothing strenuous and sit ups for 6 weeks much like post babies lol I would wait.
  15. Before surgery I would make it with vinegar tomatoes and olives.

  19. I have only told a few people but when I get asked about my weight loss I will say because I'm not embarrassed about it, just not putting on FB. Everyday gets better.

  22. I'm on a 2 week liquid diet as well. IT SUCKS LOL Good luck we'll get through it.
