OK when I started my journey in April of this year I tipped the scale at 451 pounds. After a 4 week pre-op diet I weighed in at 430 pounds today I weighed in at 399.6!!"! I'm so excited to be out of the 400's I could do a cart wheel....(in my mind) my next goal weight will be 350...I hope everyone has a great and safe weekend!!
