So after 6 months of classes, but years of my doc telling me I needed to something it's 3 days away.

I am so nervous. Can I do this. Will I know what to do. Oh boy. I am in the health profession so I know the things that can go wrong.

Of course there is always still a chance for problems but they will be greatly reduced if you are do as you are told. Keep talking to people in our community online, or at a local support group. Read blogs. Make time to put yourself first. You will be glad you did =)

Best wishes to you! I am a little jittery but I keep thinking about how I can't continue like this without really compromising my life. Apnea, high BP, arthritis.... I am in my fifties and want to have a healthy, happy future.

Hello, I just had my lab band surgery on Tuesday. I'm feeling much better but still have pain in my chest. It feels like I need to burp. Does anybody know how long this pain can last?
