Newbie: Pre surgery (oct 15) any Ontario people?

Hi there

My name is Tracey and I am having surgery Oct 15th in Toronto Ontario. I weight 260 at the moment and i am 10 days into my 3 weeks of Optifast. I hope to share my experience and learn from others while on this group. Wondering if there are any people on here from Ontario, just to have an extra connection.
