January 8, 201511 yr I live in Lawrenceville. I had RNY in June of 2008 in Gainesville. Dr. Robert Richard did my surgery before he moved his practice to Gwinnett.

Heading to Mexico on March 30th. I tried to see if Macik would care for my aftercare but he isn't answering phone did he move locations close off do u know? I currently live in cherokee county
