    Girl I'm 4 months out too. Surgery was on 12/2/14. I haven't lost any weight in a month. I'm about to lose my mind. I'm working out 3 to 4 days a week and still not jumping pounds.

    Biotin pills and Jamaican Black Castor oil. Also decrease the frequency of your retwist. I only retwist every 4 - 6 weeks. Make sure you are getting in all your Protein as well.I actually have some Jamaican Black Caster Oil. Started using it a few days ago. Not a good smell.

    Hello I was sleeved on 12/2/14 my hair is thinning like crazy also. I've lost 40 pounds and now at a stall. I'm seriously thinking about doing the 5day pouch reset tomorrow hoping that will jumpstart me.

    @@tamtam75 My name is Tammy too ???????????? I had my surgery on December 2nd and have loss 18 pounds so far. I haven't tried adding yogurt to my protein shakes but thinking about doing so. Congrats on your weigh loss so far.

    My advice I wouldn't tell them. I've gotten a lot of negative comments from those I have told. TOTAL REGRET
