My new journey

My name is Tammy, I'm 39 and I had the gastric Sleeve on December 22. I'm still a little sore, but over all I think I'm doing great. This is very new to me. I have no problems getting my fluids in. I have a time getting all my protein in but I do. I drink protein shakes and I also mix skim milk with the Greek yogurt. Anyone else do anything different? So far I've lost about 13 pounds.

Wow! Sounds like your doing great getting that all in so early out!!congrats!

Congrats!

Make sure you stay on top of the Water. I was doing great with water at a week post-op but have been struggling the last few weeks. I'm having a really hard time finding something that tastes good (my tap water tastes like fish now, ick!!).

Your journey is going great so far just stay focused. Good luck on this wonderful weight loss journey

@@tamtam75 My name is Tammy too ????????????

I haven't tried adding yogurt to my protein shakes but thinking about doing so. Congrats on your weigh loss so far.

Thanks everyone! It definitely is a new journey!! Seems like I'm sipping on something all day long ???? but I have my eyes on the ????

I was sleeved on the 21st, and I'm having a terrible time with Water. I used to only drink when I felt thirsty, so it's hard for me to get the 64 oz. Plus water makes my tummy all gurgly. I'm focusing on my Protein (greek yogurt has been my savior) but I know I'm nowhere near what I'm supposed to take in.
