  2. @@katanabutterfly I know what you mean!! I use to love to drink water and it is hard to get it down but it's gotten a little better for me. Hang in there it will get better! You can do it!!

  5. My name is Tammy, I'm 39 and I had the gastric Sleeve on December 22. I'm still a little sore, but over all I think I'm doing great. This is very new to me. I have no problems getting my fluids in. I have a time getting all my protein in but I do. I drink protein shakes and I also mix skim milk with the Greek yogurt. Anyone else do anything different? So far I've lost about 13 pounds.
