  9. I was told to eat peanut butter when I got stuck .. I have followed the pain to a T also. Only thing is I can not workout due to 7 back surgeries. So I just walk
  10. Yep I'm just now slowing down on the weight loss. They said it would happen. Remember at some point you will slow down too. Eat a tsp of peanut butter/almond butter when it happens, for some reason it help get it back on track. Also DO NOT eat what you are not suppose to and you will loose it.

  12. Hey you will do it. I am 1 year out from surgery and had the same feelings as you. I lost 160 so far with 40 more to goal. I had the same fear as you.. Just stick to the plan and don't cheat and you will be fine.
