I was told to eat peanut butter when I got stuck .. I have followed the pain to a T also. Only thing is I can not workout due to 7 back surgeries. So I just walk -

Yep I'm just now slowing down on the weight loss. They said it would happen. Remember at some point you will slow down too. Eat a tsp of peanut butter/almond butter when it happens, for some reason it help get it back on track. Also DO NOT eat what you are not suppose to and you will loose it. -

Hey you will do it. I am 1 year out from surgery and had the same feelings as you. I lost 160 so far with 40 more to goal. I had the same fear as you.. Just stick to the plan and don't cheat and you will be fine.
