Flew to Alaska and had much of the belt left and did not use an extension!! Also walked up and down the aisle without hitting any of the seats. Had no issues with having enough space in the bathroom!!!!

Down two pant sizes , watch is loose and had to size down my wedding ring!

So in 3 weeks, I have shed nearly 21 inches from my frame with the more than half of this total coming from my bust, hips, waist, and abdomen.

Oh my gosh, I love that I'm able to go to concerts and movies and the seat isn't hurting my hips because I have to wedge myself in. I love that I was able to go into a cave and it was walking intensive steep inclines up a down and I didn't have to stop. I love that I can wrap a regular sized towel around and it actually goes all the way around me. I love that my hubby can hug me and his arms go all the way around. I love that when someone in public looks at me I don't automatically think they are disgusted because Im so huge. (well they might be-I don't know-ha!) I love that I don't HAVE to shop at the larger sizes store for clothes. I love that I can walk for miles and not be huffing and puffing after half a mile.

My mom grabbed me by the waist and said "Girl, look at this tiny waist".

I went to Disney last week and did not get tired walking around the park. Bonus: I didn't need an extender on the plane! In fact I had extra space

I just had surgery on Monday and came home today. I tried putting on a necklace that has been way too small for my neck and would feel like it was choking me. I decided to try it on today and IT ISN'T CHOKING ME! So that was neat :)

My dad who has always been critical of my weight (with an emphasis on wanting me to be healthy) was visiting for Christmas and he looked and me then looked at my mom and said "someone needs to feed this girl"!

I can fit into a booth now! No more anxiety over seating at a restaurant! No more dealing with anger from friends and family over having to wait for a table instead of a booth. I feel like a normal human being again.

Some days, I will look at my pants not believing I am going to be able to get into them. And low and behold, I will slide right in. A miracle.

Another NSV for the day... I AM WEARING 1 (really, one ????) size fits all tights!!! WHAT???? Crazy talk I tell you!!

This morning I went to catch the train into work and of course need cold weather gear...my coat and gloves were TOO big! I drove my car and felt as if I was in someone else's; I need to adjust the seat, side mirror and review mirrors. Thank you Jesus!!!

HW: 265; PSW: 256; Current: 220 (stalled for 1 week)

Tried on pants today and I went from a size 24 presurgery to a 16. It's been 13 weeks.
