I eat pizza once in a while but not that often but when I want it I use a grilled chicken breast for my crust which boosts the protein up on it as well. Checkout www.hungry-girl.com for lots of suggestions and swap ideas.

I just made a cauliflower crust pizza last night and blogged about it today!! It was so good! It is an excellent replacement for regular pizza!! Here's the link and recipe I used: http://newlifeforemmy.blogspot.com/

You can actually take whatever cauliflower crust recipe you use and turn it into crackers or breadsticks and bread for a sandwich. It's a great, versatile recipe :)

Pizza- many different things you can do. There are tons of low carb options and recipes. You can also make a frozen pizza and just eat topping or if you are somewhere they are having pizza have the topping. I have actually had a piece of regular pizza- no craving, can't finish the whole piece. I for one will not want to eat pizza all the time but will enjoy on occasion. I for the most part eat very low carb 20-40 grams a day so every once in awhile it is nice to treat yourself. Moderation is key.

FYI- flat outs make great pizza crust. I also have found several good recipes using almond flour and flax seed. Prevention magazine just had a great low carb recipe. I also have made meatza where you make hamburger meat the bottom cook it in oven and then add the toppings and broil..
