Is it too early to start an April thread? I didn't see one yet.

I'm scheduled for April 22. I still have to finish PCP clearance and psych then insurance approval but don't anticipate any problems. Once I started my appointments the excitement and anxiety kicked in. I started 6 month supervised diet in August....this used to seem so far away and like a vague idea but its so real now. My anxiety is double as my husband's date is march 18 and I worry a lot more about him than myself. How are all the other April folks doing?

Good lord--I'm sitting here waiting and have the hiccups of all things! Hopefully they won't come back post-op--ouch!

I've been cleaning the house today getting ready for surgery tomorrow. I really just feel like crawling under the covers and sleeping the day away. My mother will be taking my chihuahua to her house tomorrow' date=' the cat will be fine on her own for a few days and I've got to pick up an auto feeder for the fish. been drinking blue raspberry Isopure, which has an awful aftertaste, but I'm managing. I finally spoke with the insurance company and it appears that my doctor's office put down the wrong hospital for me to have surgery. He operated at two in the area and one is not a "UNCH Hospital of Excellence", so they made a call and changed it on Friday. She hopes that I will have an answer within a day or two. I am thinking I might not be able to have my surgery until May.
