Yea the hippie gal name sticks better for me. I panicked when I couldn't find our group and my password wasn't working

So I stuck with this name. Nail biz is ok slow but just starting out will be.

My surgiversary was yesterday down 100 pounds and I would do it all over again! So proud of all of us for all of our hard work and lifestyle changes over the last year! Keep up the good work :)

I can't believe it's been almost a year. Doesn't seem like it at all. I am back retraining the pouch since it decided 70 lbs is all I could lose. I just hate that. But I feel good. Started at 307. And 57 yrs old. This old gal is going to make it to 180 if it takes another year lol everyone in this group has done so well. Even with all the ups and downs and medical emergencies. Think we lost a lot of our group with the new app. Hopefully they will find their way back
