What's My Problem!?

I'm almost5 months out, I've list 70lbs, and have been doing great. I eat properly and get in all my protein...Until today. Today, I fell off the wagon and ate about 1/2 Cup of mint chip ice cream. I was so sick. I don't know why I ate it. I knew I shouldn't have eaten it.

I know this is my issue but I need my husband tonic buy the ice cream. And i need to resist!!

Live and learn !!! If I have something like a cookie or a handful of chips I just exercise longer to burn it off..... no guilt here !!! LOL
