Hair Loss :/

Hi All ~

All week this week I have been losing more hair than usual. I had read it generally happens at four months (where I am). I feel somewhat ridiculous for being so upset, but I have always had great hair. When will it get better?

I started losing a lot of hair. Went from almost Brillo hair but manageable to thin hair. Every time I brush my hair I see hair on the brush. I'm also 4 months.

Also losing my hair :( I have good days 60+ Protein and bad days where I'm lucky to get 45 grams! I think because my protein isn't consistent its messing me up!

Surgery 7/25/12

I Take Biotin & Zinc daily & use Fructis Fall Fight

Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk

I never really lost a lot of hair becausebi took 1000mg of biotin a day and used nioxin shampoo and conditioner for thinning haor. Stage 4 for normal hair or stage 8 for color treated. Its expensive but it lasts a long time. It lasted me about 6 months before i had to buy more. And it worked. I had cancer previously and lost a lot of hair and used it then. So when i had the rny, i started it immediately.

Bonnie, is it 1000 mg or 1000 mcg of Biotin?
