  8. Surgery was November 13th, almost at 3 month mark (next week) and down 58 pounds - 64 pounds will be my 50% mark!!! Getting close....oh and I'm at 800 calories/70 gms protein a day, see my NUT next week as well.

  10. I'm taking it, have for years and I'm losing as fast as everyone else really. Five weeks post op and down 37 pounds....
  11. My nutritionists has told me that is ok as long as I can get the proper amounts of fluid in at the very least! I almost got dehydrated because I was the same way, I just didn't want any food or water. I can tell you from experience, you DO NOT want to get dehydrated, worst feeling every! I'd rather have a bad flu than dehydration, yuck! Anyway, that's what she told me, fluids are the most important, protein is second. Hope this helps a bit....
  12. I use Opurity Bariatric Vitamins, chewables for GBP patients. It's at unjury.com. If you look at the label, it has most of the B12, biotin, iron, that we are required daily so I didn't have to buy a bunch more vitamins as well.
  13. Littlepieface, Yesss! My surgery was Nov 13th and I've been stuck for two weeks! I'm also doing everything right and to a T so I'm getting frustrated!! You're not alone....

  15. No, its been bothering me for a few days now. Stuck in a plateau, bawling my eyes out and if not crying, I'm really snappy. Driving me crazy as it's not me at all!! I'm just trying to keep eating, drinking and exercising and hoping it will pass VERY soon lol! I hear it is hormones...wow do I dread the change later in life if this is what it'll be like hahahaha!
  16. Omg worm! I'm such a basket case the past few days too! Crying at everything on TV lol! I hope it ends soon before I go back to work Monday...I keep wondering what's wrong with me so I'm glad you shared and I'm not alone <3. I'm 2 wks post op today.
