LOL... My surgery was on a Monday, I did not have to do any type of diet before surgery. The only thing my docotor wanted me to do was eat light the day before surgery. So on Saturday I ate what ever I wanted to eat !!!! My boyfriend and I went to a resturant I ordered a huge bacon cheese burger, fries etc. etc. and I could hardly eat any of it. I think my mind over matter was kicking in. I did enjoy the meal but it was not as I was expecting !!! I just was totally not into it.

Lol well sound good cause my doct say the day before my surg.to have liquid diet so ill be eathing like thats the ladt day with no food

If you have no restrictions like me.. then why not enjoy :) After surgery you are not hungry at all and you will have to remind yourself you have to eat. And... it will really not be your last meal... well for a while at least. Good luck and enjoy :)

I had a good more than I should have eaten meal a few days before surgery. Cracker Barrell....I don't think the meal was that unhealthy but the insane amount of corn muffins I ate....that's another story. Not knowing if is ever be able to tolerate those again made me attack them like a zombie after brains. NOW I can say....being 100 lbs lighter taste way better than corn muffins ever did!!!!!

Ok I know I'm strange but I wanted a picture of the last time I would ever abuse food. Kind of a reminder of how I use to eat.

Today just licking that prime rib will fill my up

So funny how looking at a delicious plate of food like that does not do the same things to me that it used too.

Lol exactly. It makes my belly hurt to look at it! Your thinking really does change. It sometimes amazes me how much I ate compared to how much I needed to eat to survive.

O my gush that look so good yumiii.hey i still have 4 day prior my surgery so today n tomorrow ill be braking rule lol

Can't you still eat prime rib? Isn't it still protein?

Yes you can eat prime rib 2-3 oz at a time. In that picture it would take you 10 meals to get though it all and that's just the meat.

And we wonder how we got over weight.
