Hey everyone. I am doing really well. Don't really have much pain in my belly. My back just hurts from laying there for 2 hours. Lol. My surgery was so much later in the day. It sucked but I am good to go now!

We are going to be twins' date=' both a new life on the seventh. I will certainly be thinking and praying for you,

Yep I have lost 19 pounds since starting this journey. Hope it makes it easier for the doc to do the surgery. Hate to think I lost for nothing. But at least this time don't have a lot of worry about gaining these 20 back like I usually do. They can stay gone, and I am going to send some of their friends to meet them soon. lol[/quote']

Thanks V!

I'll be praying for you as well. I'll have this thing called a "q-pump" I have to carry around for first five days. It gives a steady supply of pain meds then when its done I pull this tube out of my chest! Its the size of a piece of rice but still kinda freaky. Im so looking forward to it. I power walked like 6 miles this am. My legs are putty but i am pushing for extra weight lose going into Tuesday. Actually looking forward to getting some time off at work!

My name is Nikki. I live in Wyoming. My date is Nov. 5th!

Congrats and welcome

I sat on the toilet again for like 25 mins. Still nothing! Why can't I go to the bathroom!!!

Its not unusual to have trouble going after having a catheter - and anesthesia and pain meds can also make it hard to go. It may just take more time, don't get too stressed or it will make it worse. Did you try running the water in the sink while you were trying? Sometimes that helps. Good luck!
