3. Hi November Family. I just wanted to check in on you all. I've been quiet in the boards and MFP for a while. Life is busy. Im trying to get back in the habit if posting more often. You all have such great progress. I'm excited for you. I have hit a stall. Stuck at 229 for about 3 weeks now. I've upped my calories since I've been working out more. I hope the losing starts back up soon. Here's my progress so far. . Hw 284 Sw 274 cw 229
4. Thanks, Worm. You gals are certainly making me blush. I guess it was just that week. I agree... at least we're still losing. :-)

11. Hi Everyone! It's been awhile. I'm sorry. I've been super busy and not able to check in as much. I'm glad to see you all are losing those pounds. I'm down to 248 from 274 on surgery day. I've seem to hit the stall everyone talks about. But I've started doing couch 2 5k, Zumba, and some weight training. I'm losing inches and close are getting smaller. Still struggling with this protein and water thing. if I meet one, can't meet the other bc it feels like my pouch can't hold anymore or anything. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
12. I showed these to my dietitian and she loved them. She said I would still need a Calcium separately because this Vitamin has all the Iron you'll need and you can't take iron and calcium at the same time anyway. She did however recommend breaking the vitamin in half and taking it a few hours apart to ensure maximum absorption. I'm excited about these because I was using Celebrate Vitamins and that was 5 chewables a day. 2 multi and 3 calcium. Now I'm moving to 1 a day and a calcium chew. Thanks so much Baker_gurl for sharing. :D
13. Hey! I'm doing good and feeling better thanks. I have a slight pain on my upper left side. Started a few moments ago. Not too bad just uncomfortable. Calling my Doc about that in morning. How are you all? Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

15. David's Bridal will exchange your dress if its too big for alterations. I had no problem when I got married last year. I lost about 30 pounds for my wedding and had to get my dress exchanged. I was on adipex during my pre op... I just told my consultant I was on a medically supervised diet and may have issues with my dress fitting if I lost too much weight... . Congrats! I hope that helps! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

19. Worm, I'm laughing now! My appointment went well! My husband was cracking up at the sight of me being ecstatic about being able to eat eggs for Breakfast today. My dietician was cracking up at me yet so proud of all my choices and whatnot. This is definitely a reset on life. I'm truly thankful for it! I'm just terrified of trying new things constantly now. Lol... But at least When I go back to work next Tuesday, I'll be eating semi normal. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
20. My insurance did the same thing. It was afraid of RNY because I thought it was drastic but then the major thing for me was I only wanted to go through surgery once. That helped me decide and everything had been okay since my surgery on 11-14-12. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
21. Congrats on your surgery! I wish a quick recovery and lots of pounds lost along the way! Remember to walk, walk, sip, sip, sip! Gas x helped me a little with gas but walking did the most. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
22. Thank you! This list is awesome by the way!! A must have for everyone! you certainly put a lot of effort into this! I appreciate it, DL! thanks again! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

24. Lmbo! I know right! I'm just so amazed at how little I eat and how my husband keeps saying "that's all?" In disbelief. It feels like you can only eat a spoonful before you're full. Yes... Anything other than sweets. Thanks! You'll be over here before you know it! Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
