I'm allowed to eat everything. I'm supposed to try a new solid every day. So far Peanut Butter, a healthy choice meal and Banquet turkey sausage don't work for me. They gave me chest pains. I'm thinking I can't have precooked frozen meats.< /p>

Your very welcome:) I think ill start taking pics on my one week mark an so forth. I've always deleted pics if I didn't like how I looked I learned how to take pics so u didn't see my double chin or to much of my stomach :'/ so I don't have many before pictures to base on except for our anniversary pics that we just took 10/11/12 an before pics I took before surgery.

Amen sister I dreaded the before pics I have but reminded myself ill thank me later lol

I am still on soft protein...like eggs Beans and anything you can mash with a fork. Potato are the only thing that fit that requirement but I should not have that. I did try bread but my stomach did not like it. I also have to be careful with dairy.

I'm one month out today!! Surgaversary 10/05/12!! I can eat anything. There are two items on my NO BUENO list: diet lemonade and soft tortilla shells. I'm down 32.6 as of this morning! So grateful for this blessing!

It sounds like you might have a structure. They told me it was a possibility it might happen around this time.

Congrats on the weight loss. I sometimes wish I'd dieted just one more time but I am happy with my weight loss. I just miss my old friend food, A LOT!

Oh wow, I only spit up once since surgery, and that was because I drank some cold Water very fast. I pray that I don't have to experience that.....my biggest issue is CONSTIPATION!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
