I take Bariatric Fuel my surgeon designed. You can buy it online.

I take Disney Princess chewables! Might as well have some fun with the vitamins ! And I am a princess so why not?

To the right is mine, they're chewy delicious gummies that I picked up at the drug store, I take 2 in the morning. All my blood work came back great at 6 weeks so they've been working fabulously for me

They honestly don't taste bad but you need to have 3 a day and they take 30+ minutes to dissolve and became too much of an inconvenience for me. Now I take 4 horse sized Calcium citrate pills a day, 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Since I've never had a problem taking pills I prefer this method
