  2. I used the morphine pump one time right after surgery, after that Tylenol. I never used any pain medication after the first day anyway. I think it should be an option as everyone's tolerance level is different.
  3. I got the unjury unflavored but it still has a protein taste to me, I then accidentally came across a post on eggface's website and she posted that the unflavored is just not chocolate or vanilla but still has that protein taste. So I wasn't a huge fan of it.
  4. This is pretty good!
  5. I have been freezing also- my dr. Told me at my 1 month check up that I was gonna freeze this winter, so be prepared. I didn't even mention to him that I had been cold.
  6. Ok come on... Somebody knows how to do this.....
  7. Yes, that is very normal!! My energy came back between 3-4 wks.
  8. Ok, I do one ready to drink shake a day but I've tried so many different protein shakes that you mix and I hate them!!!! I hate the foam too. I have read where people eat protein pudding. How do you make it. I had a cup of vanilla sf pudding and I put 1 scoop of vanilla pro powder, it made it runny????? Is that how everybody else does it???
  9. 2 weeks and I did just fine but just tired!!!
  10. Well that's where you say, " obviously those people didn't do what they were supposed to, the surgery is just a tool... You have to put in a lot of work for this to be successful. Sounds like they gave up!" and be so confident where they feel like a dummy for saying that to you. People are idiots!

  12. They took me off my meds in the hospital. I do check it occasionally & the only time it is a little high is first thing in the morning, but I am just 4 wks post op today!
  13. I think u can use Torini, davinci, syrups. I have read where people do the sf pudding etc.
  14. My protein supplements do count toward my daily fluid intake. I would imagine its the same for everyone.
  15. I also had my surgery on the 27th. I am down 17 so far and I can really tell a difference. I am truely thankful that I had the surgery. Kerrie-Anne, just keep doing what your supposed to and it will pay off!!!
  16. From what I read everybody goes through stalls. How much protein are you taking in? I'm only 3 weeks post op so I'm not very credible yet, but there's lots of posts on here about stalls and you just have to keep pushing forward. Your surgeon should know about stalls and should be guiding you how to break it instead of blaming you.
