Great Protein Shake 200 Cal 25 Pro

I tried a super yummy combo this morning...1c amond milk (the 40cal vanilla kind)...1 packet wonderslim shake/pudding mix...1/2 c frozen raspberries...picked last week from friends yard. I mix with immersion blender...super yummy!!!

I am still pre op waiting for surgery date trying 2 b patient. I am really losing some serious pre surgery weight...

That sounds yummy! Almond milk is so great! I try to limit my soy intake so this is a great alternative.

Congrats on loosing the pre op weight! Your recipe sounds great, though I have never tried almond milk.

I love that unsweetened almond milk! I put a little Splenda in it and it's just great. And 50% more calcium than milk. I have an 8 oz glass almost every day after my walk. Great!!
