Mio Sweet Tea

Hi,

My dietitian has highly encouraged using Mio Sweet Tea flavor as a replacement for the real thing. Has anyone here tried that flavor? Just looking for recommendations before I buy it.

Thanks! :D

I live of mio tea and strawberry . I can also put unflavoured Protein in it and drink it down.

My daughter really likes the fruit punch flavor. The off name brands are not as good as the "Mio" brand. My advice would be to try a few drops first, as it is very sweet, but good! Have not tried the tea flavor yet.

I like the fruit punch. Not a fan of the sweet tea. The peach tea is not bad either. Can't wait to try the blueberry lemonade. And you were right, the store brands arent that good.

I just went to the store and bought each flavor as well as SF Hawaiian punch singles and all the diet snapples except the peach. My nose has a strong aversion to anything peach since surgery.

Since I have not had surgery yet, I don't know if anyone can have carbonated drinks, but Arrowhead puts out a fantastic flavored sparkling water. Zero everything. I really like the strawberry lime. My son likes the lemon.
