Just Have To Get It Out :) <3

Today I went to the gym after being cleared for exercise and walked/jogged a mile! And must I say.. DAMN I FEEL GREAT! What kind of exercises do y'all do? I'm fixing to move to Korea and I am looking forward to also hitting the gym there! (hubby is active army) :) so excited to be dropping this weight.

Yay!! Congrats! That is my goal to run a whole mile without stopping. I can walk it now(preop) but I would love to get up to 2 or 3 miles!! Good luck! I also heard water arobics are good and Zumba classes too

Congrats!!!

I'm ex army and there should be limitations as to where you can go so I would find some other wives and they can show you the ropes. There will probably be a gym there too. Good luck!
