Mine was Dr. Machado... She did myself and my husband... Neither of us have had any problems...

I was at south sac kaiser aswell had surgery july 5th ... Dr machado is a great dr i worked with her for years for a long time she was the only dr in sac who dis the surgery

My paperwork was sent in for insurance approval on Friday 8/10/12. I am going through the practice of Dr. Leport in Fountain Valley.

I have Anthem Blue Cross PPO and I'm hoping the approval goes through quickly.

I have BMI of 41 & have high blood pressure and diabetes.
