I had my surgery on 6/6/12 at Toby. My surgeon was Dr. Streeter. Same office.

I'm from south Orange County, CA

My paperwork was sent in for insurance approval on Friday 8/10/12. I am going through the practice of Dr. Leport in Fountain Valley.

I have Anthem Blue Cross PPO and I'm hoping the approval goes through quickly.

I have BMI of 41 & have high blood pressure and diabetes.

Are there any other So CA members out there?
