I just drank chicken or beef broth! Not the best but it worked for the short period of time that I needed it to!

You can buy at any Chinese restaurant

You can make egg drop soup so easy at home. Just boil some chicken broth and whisk in a scrambled egg. It looks a little iffy but it's very satisfying. I agree, the stuff from a Chinese restaurant is too greasy and they also add corn starch. I'm not sure but I think that would add carbs.

Any fat free "cream of"Soups from grocer... I was fond of cream of chicken....just had to make sure no chunks was in it. Cream of celery. Cream of broccoli.... Walmart has a whole line of fat free "cream of" soups
