Do you have your measurements from before? Perhaps you are losing inches instead of pounds.

Be patient it will come.

Low fat is not very smart. Fat has the lowest RQ rating out of the 3 food types (Carbs, Protein, and Fat), which means it takes more energy to break down.

Plus, fats are very necessary for proper brain function.

I suggest calling you NUT and see what they recommend. Also are you increasing you exercise level ad you are feeling better? Hang in there.

Yep.. check with your NUT give her a list of the pureed foods your eating? Are you using protein shakes? How's your fluid intake.. What's an example day for you?

You're in the classic 3 weeks stall search stall on the board and you will see, you're in good company. Happens to us all. Nothing to worry about. Just keep on keeping on.

My first stall started at 4 weeks. The scale didn't change for two weeks. This week the stall broke and I am averaging a loss of a pound a day. I started at 197 and today I weigh 175. Surgery date 8/5.

From reading here, I knew a stall was inevitable so I kept on keeping on. I changed nothing during the two weeks. Then on Monday the scale began moving again.
