  11. Never had an issue with fasting in my experience. I usually drink prior to eating though.
  12. Allowed? I don't know any doctor that would tell you it's okay to smoke. I restarted my nargilah usage over the summer.
  13. I also smoke Nargilah (known as hooka.h in the States) on a regular basis. No issue here.
  14. "לבנות ולהיבנות" [Livnot U'Lehibanot] means "to build and to be built" in Hebrew. It's an organization located in Tzfat that offers volunteer opportunities for mainly North American Jews on tour in Israel.
  15. I loved Tzfat when I was in Israel over the summer. I wouldn't mind actually joining a Livnot U'Lehibanot program for a couple weeks during my next stint. That being said, I enjoyed more of my time being spent in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. And oh my....the foooood. It was post sleeve and I ate like a king. Chetzi falafel v'chummus b'pita, Bevakasha!!
  16. .אני לא אוהב לשתות שייק חלבון כל היום .שייק חלבון טוב לשתות מתי אני באוניברסיטה
  17. I was a 390lb sleever. Down to 233 in the first 11 months. Work it!
  18. Sorry for the huge photo! Got my VSG done December 18th, down 157lbs.
  19. !תודה רבה וחג שמח
  20. I had the VSG, I don't have an issue with Challot or Brisket. I don't drink wine because I do not enjoy the taste, but say Kiddush over Kedem Grape juice. I don't have any issue with drinking alcohol either, so I would say it may not be a problem, depending on your haggadah and how long you have in between the cups.
  21. All the people telling you that is unrealistic are not being honest. It really depends on what your stats are though. I've lost 125lbs in 5 months.
  22. How soon after your procedure did you have challah? Thanks! I'd say about 2 months.
  23. When you can properly lay Tefillin. (My arm was too big for my set!)
  24. Ha! I made Hamantaschen whilst I was making Challah on Friday. Prune, Caramel Apple, and Nutella. I only had a few yesterday, gave the rest to the family.
