September 23, 201312 yr Urgent tomorrow, soooo nervous!! You can do this! It is scary but well worth it. Follow the directions of the doctor and you nutricianist. I have mine in November and feel awesome.

But I had full confidence that I was in great hands and I was sure to educate myself on how to manage the first month which sets the benchmark for your food and exercise discipline for the rest of your life. Count your blessings that you are able to do this and move on to your new life. Say your prayers and be thankful for this new journey. Cheers....

September 23, 201312 yr Don't be nervous. Mine is tomorrow too. What time is yours? Mine is at 10. I am not nervous (more anxious, really). I was numb, up until an hour ago when my aunt texted me that she was proud and happy I made this decision. You did the hardest part: you started this journey. Hugz.
