Some one here mentioned that their protein shakes had 30 gr. of protein per serving and only had to have 2 a day for their total protein intake.... Can someone pls tell me which protein shake has 30 gr. per serving and that its ok for us?!?! Pls!!!!!

Premier Protein shakes, you can purchase at costco and Pure Protein Shakes are both 30 grams of protein, low fat/low carb and approved for me by my NUT.

I liked using the Pure Protein powder better, it tasted less sweet to me and I would add some sugar free flavors from time to time. WIth your fat free milk, it is also over 30gm/ serving.

The Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey protein are 30 grams and only 150 calories. They are available at Walmart for like $15 for a 2 lb tube(27 servings) and come in several good flavors, I personally like the chocolate peanutbutter.

I use the premier protein shakes as well. I have the luxury of having an absolutely ridiculous amount of very thick hair. I followed my plan to the tee but still lost a ton of hair @2-3 months out. I am still losing it but not as much. Given the amount of hair I have I didn't stress to much about it. However my NUT told me to minimize hair loss that at week 6 to make sure I get all my protein plus maybe 10-15 grams extra and to never forget my vitamins. Some people on this site suggest biotin and it seems to get mixed reviews. My best advice would be to keep getting your protein in, unfortunately it is bound to happen but hopefully not too much!

Isopure protein powder from gnc has 50 grams of protein. I ordered it from the website. colombian (coffee flavor) it's good. The store didn't carry that flavor. I like mixing it myself better because It's not so sweet. The Isopure fruit juice flavors (like gatorade) has 40grams of protein.

I found Rockin Refuel protein shake. That has 30 grams and tastes better than Premier Protein! Tastes almost like a weak chocolate milk! So good! Made by shamrock farms. Stop and shop or shop rite. Even 7 11 has them
