  1. AMEN!!! I agree with all these post. As long as I am not gaining I will try not to complain. I just can't believe with as little and as healthy and exercising the weight is not falling off of me. My best friend always says, :"well, how long did it take you to gain that weight???" I am 4 weeks out and have lost 20 but 7 was pre surgery!!

  4. good for you, the first 3 days are the hardest. i cut caffine cold turkey and had terrible headaches, i added half of a cup of coffee back for a couple days and when i quit again, no headache... also i didn't sleep well the first week, so hungry at bed time. i found a ts of peanut butter and a sip of skim milk helped me alot. now it's all liquids and only clear liquids tomorrow.. surgery monday morning!!
  5. I have been on liquids for 12 days!!! ugh... It does get alittle easier after the first few days. I have added an egg to boiling chix broth when I was about to give in and eat. I also have 1 ts of peanut butter and a sip of skim milk at bed time. I know that might be cheating but some doc's only have their patients on liquid diet 1 day before surgery!! I haven't had anything extra in two days now and clear liquids only tomorrow cause my surgery is mon. morning.. I am happy with what I have done, just do your best!!!
