I'm a 48 year old single mom of two girls, 16yrs and 12yrs. The hospital stay was a but of a vacation lol. I decided I was going to turn 50yrs at 150lbs not 250lbs. So here I go.

  • Okay! Feeling much better today! I went ahead and scheduled an appt with my doc and went with all my issues! He fixed them ALL! Told me to cut my antidepressant in half and take it!! Woohoo! Ju

I would stay away from ice cream. It is the magic bullet against the sleeve..it goes down easy and is loaded with carbs and fat.

I have the empty gurgle noise when I feel hungry and once I feel like I have eaten enough I get the hiccups. That is so strange. My eyes are bigger than my stomach' date=' lol. I actually had tacos for dinner last night and I had three bites and was done. Then had three this morning and still had three bites left. I am really seeing what my tummy can hold and it does not seem like much. It is still hard to get so many meals in but really trying hard.[/quote']

I am the exact same way. The hiccups are weird but a good indicator

Just search "August sleevers" :)

If you join August sleevers on FB can your "friends" see that you are a member and what you say? Not ready to advertise to everyone I know. Just curious. Thanks.

That's the very reason I haven't joined myself- i'm not ready for family/friends to know about my procedure- i'm thinking about opening up an entirely different facebook...
