That is incredible. You should be so very proud if yourself. In just starting my journey. I was sleeved on August 27th. Please share some of your wisdom that you have learned over the year. How did you stay motivated? What are your favorite meals? Did you exercise if so when did you start? Peace.

Hi does anyone have a lump above their belly button?

One thing I wanted to share from my postoperative appt today is - I asked if I can combine mush phase with full liquids since I'm drinking strained cream soups. My doc said no and it has nothing to do with stretching my stomach. It has to do with any part of the sleeve stretching and a staple popping. Just wanted to let you know what I learned.

Hi nikkimarie. I have a lump and soreness about and to the right if my belly button. At my postoperative appt today the dr said its normal as they move and shoved our inside aground.

First postoperative appt today I lost 24lbs!!! Yay!!! Feeling good. They took the drain out THANK YOU JESUS! still have to crush my pills and another 4 days of full liquids ugg! BUT I LOST WEIGHT! So excited.

I'm so excited to hear about the possibility of not having to crush my pills. I have my appt with doc on Thursday. It's the two times I hate the most! How are you getting ur 60gms of Protein in daily. I'm on full liquid and have two boost high Protein drinks but that's 30mg total and its 4 4oz meals a day to just get that in. Are there any hints? A good high protein powdered unflavored? Need tips.

So happy to be amongst fellow August Sleevers. Day 7 post op. still meanderring around the house. But, I'm a full time working single mom who never meanders around the house - so I am not going to feel guilty and I will embrace it ☺

Miika Thank goodness you are okay and home. I have to sleep half laying down half sitting with pillows under my legs and around my sides. Like a cocoon ???? I brush my tongue with no burn listerine before bed. It helps.
