Long "Spaghetti noodles"!

Spaghetti squash is great and all, but still nothing you can twirl a fork around, around, and around. I found a tool on Pintrest that I can make a long noodle out of- using zucchini, carrots, or whatever else you want! They really do make long noodles and I sautéed them with a little bit of olive oil and some garlic powder. Added one box of "just sauce" turkey bolognese from Trader Joe's and dinner is done!

  • You inspired me on the noodles! We had the chicken tikka masala recipe I posted along with zucchini noodles today. Thank you!

  • I've been making cucumber ones too. Sooo yummy with my peanut sauce chicken.

  • Cool! I'm starting to think Amazon should start paying me a commission for all these orders! LOL.

Ooh- great idea! Or make cucumber salad with rice vinegar and stevia and instead if slices of cucumber, do the noodles!

Okay guys, for those of you wondering how these noodles work, my husband finally made a video demo'ing our Paderno machine. This is our first video so would love feedback!

That video was awesome ... and cracked me up. ;-)

it did? which part cracked you up?

The music, the dog and the floppy leftovers. Not in a bad way! Just in a silly way. No offense intended, the music was rather grand for such a mundane tool. :-) It tickled me.

Ah! the romantic music right?? :) It's supposed to be changed but youtube hasn't edited the change yet.

you have NO Idea how hard it was to not get the dog to photo-bomb every session!

I made the zucchini spaghetti tonight with homemade meatballs. Omg soooooo good! I just lightly boiled them in a shallow pot of water until they were soft. Then added a shake of garlic salt with parsley. My first non puréed meal. A little bite of heaven.
