Fluids, fluids, and more fluids

Well dehydration has reared its ugly head. No energy, short of breath when I walk, heart racing, and dizzy when I stand up. So I'm at urgent care getting fluids. Yay me!!! :(

48 to 64oz. I've only been averaging 30 to 40oz because of nausea. Bleh. A liter of fluid and I fill tons better.

I was thankful to hear that my bariatric office keeps hydration on hand. If its during the week we can go there and they will hydrate us and send us on our way.

They tried to start an iv at the surgeons office but after 4 attempts with no success they sent me to urgent care. I have terrible veins and being dehydrated didn't help. After a liter of Fluid I felt much better.
