I'm so dizzy

I have been super dizzy despite sipping my water all day. Today my mom called to check on me and we both realized I haven't been taking my antidepressants and when I don't I feel dizzy and electric shocks. So I crushed one down and took it I hope the dizziness goes away soon!

When I tried to stop antidepressants a few years ago I got very dizzy. Weaned off over a month or so and have been fine since.

Most antidepressants need to be weaned down.....i did not take my Paxil for 3 days and the dizziness was awful....hope you feel better

Make sure you get enough Potassium too! I hope you are better quickly :)

Hey, I have been feeling the same and it never occurred to me it was because I have stopped the antidepressants. I might try crushing one too.

Hope your better soon!
