What I haven't heard is it keeping someone awake all night I can't find a comfortable position cause my abdomen will get tight and then feel like I'm being stabbed until I get up and sit on the toilet. I'm walking all the time and I've taken GasX strips but I don't know what else I can do I'm about to lose my mind from the exhaustion.
