Hey all I have my EDG scheduled for tomorrow at 12 PST and right now my anxiety on a scale of 1-10 I'm a 10+ can anyone help me and tell me what I can expect before during and after? Thanks.

Arroyo Grande, CA (San Luis Obispo area) and having surgery in Santa Barbara! I've had my nutrition and psych evaluation as well as my gallbladder ultrasound. Tuesday I'm having my EDG done

Today I had my consultation for me EGD (scope) and my nutritional evaluation both went great! My EGD was scheduled for July 30th but I got a call this afternoon and they moved it up to July 9th!! This makes me excited and nervous/ anxious then after that all I have left is to lose 10lbs and attend a nutrition seminar!!

Glad it went well!! Its tough to see the scale go back up but if you're doing what you're supposed to I think you will have no problems!!

I am so sorry! People who have never been obese or overweight will never understand what a HUGE battle it is so far I have only told my close friends and my family and they are all supportive wish I could help

Ljones I'm having my surgery in Santa Barbara,CA which is about an hour and a half south from where I live. Where are you having yours?

Last week I started the process for the sleeve surgery! At first I wanted the lap band only knowing about that and the bi-pass and the doctor talked to me about the sleeve and she felt it would be the best choice for me! So things are moving pretty quick I had my psych eval on Thursday and that went great! Today I had an ultrasound on my gallbladder and Wednesday I have my nutrition eval and a consultation for an EGD I'm so excited to get this going!!
