You're drinking your meals! My doctor told me to eat more food so I would heal properly and get my digestive system back working. Your doctor hasn't said anything to you?

June 20th down 30lbs!

Divadoll- This was the diet I was kept on due to complications from a previous surgery. I have only recently been given the OK to do one protein shake a day. The doctor's first goal was 100 pounds in 100 days. I have since started eating fish, usually salmon and dark meat chicken. Regardless, 50 pounds is 50 pounds and I will gladly take it.

I just fell off my 3week stall as of last night!!! I dropped 4 more pounds!!! So the total is now 32 since surgery!! I think it helps to get water and protein in. I felt like the past week I was finally getting in enough and BAM!

I didn't feel like I had lost anything & was scared that I had gained.

Crazy how it works! Hope that helps
